Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Product pictures might sometimes be slightly different than the actual product.
Which areas do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver in the Western Cape but customers outside of these areas can organise their own courier for collection.
Can I return a product?
Products may be returned at the customers own cost within 48 hours of product delivered if not damaged and in original packaging.
What is your typical lead time?
Same day delivery up to 4 business days from date of order placed.
Would you be able to source a product for me which is not in your shop?
Yes, you can contact us, and we will gladly assist you with your product enquiry.
Can I collect my products somewhere or do you only do door to door delivery?
Unfortunately, at this stage we only do door to door delivery.
